Price: £1600. 15 on 250 gsm Moulin du Gue and 190 gsm Saunders Waterford, bound in goatskin leather with a leather inlaid pattern inspired by an American Indian third phase chief blanket, housed in a solander box covered in fabric printed with a cactus illustration, and a cloth-covered portfolio of 8 signed prints laid in. Price: £4500. A two week trip around Arizona in spring 2023 inspired the creation of this book. Arizona is a vibrant tapestry of desert vistas, towering red rocks, deep canyons, and lush forests. The 26 paintings represent my first impressions of the overpowering and ancient beauty of the State. The text similarly refects first impressions, but of the early settlers, collected by Thomas Edwin Farish in his History of Arizona, published in 1914.

New pulls from some of the original copper engraving plates used for botanical illustrations in Robert Morison’s Herbal of 1680 and 1699, with expert commentary on the book and the plates.

Price: OOS. 26 copies bound by Roger Grech in quarter chieftain goat skin and a bespoke metallic marbled paper by Rachel Maiden, in handmade slipcase featuring a hand foiled motif of a Satyr and Viol. Printed hot metal monotype using the Haarlemmer typeface 14pt which is unique to Nomad Letterpress by Pat Randle and Ellen Bills.

A companion book to A Golden Thread: The Minotaur, the reader is taken on a visually stunning adventure in this classic Greek tragedy. It is not only the journey of Perseus, as Hawthorne retells the story.
