Riverside Drive, 100 Old Museum of Art (OMA), Iowa City, Iowa 52242, USA, or scan it and email it to akjanez@gmail.com. Deluxe copies of Parenthesis include a portfolio of work by FPBA member presses from around the world.

SUSTAINING (includes a broadside printed by an FPBA member to be delivered in the autumn of the membership year) — $100 USD

PASSPORT STANDARD (Includes membership in the College Book Art Association) - $80

Membership must be renewed on an annual basis, with each membership period beginning January 1st. Those who renew after October 15th will be in good standing into December of the following calendar year.
