Applicants for student membership should either photocopy their current valid student ID and mail it to Allison Chapman, 144 East Dublin-Granville Rd, Worthington, Ohio 43085, USA, or scan it and email it to [email protected]. Deluxe copies of Parenthesis include a portfolio of work by FPBA member presses from around the world.

STUDENT – $25 USD
STANDARD – $60 USD
INSTITUTIONAL – $75 USD
SUSTAINING (includes a broadside printed by an FPBA member to be delivered in the autumn of the membership year) — $100 USD
DELUXE – $300 USD
PASSPORT STANDARD (Includes membership in the College Book Art Association) – $90

Membership must be renewed on an annual basis, with each membership period beginning January 1st. Those who renew after October 15th will be in good standing into December of the following calendar year.
