“The Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum, 1619 Jefferson St., will celebrate its 10th anniversary with at least one showing of a documentary about the museum and with an open house. Kartemquin Films out of Chicago made a documentary about the museum last year, according to Jim Moran, printer and archivist for the museum. The film, called “Typeface,” will be shown at the Washington House, 1622 Jefferson St., at 9 p.m. May 29. The showing is part of an appreciation dinner for volunteers who work at the four museums run by the Two Rivers Historical Society, but the film presentation is open to the public. A second showing of the film may be held the next afternoon, Moran said.” read more at the Herald Times Reporter.
